An ultralight aircraft overturned during an attempted takeoff from the Soritor Airstrip, Moyobamba, Peru.
Both occupants, the pilot and the local mayor, were unhurt.
The accident flight was the inaugural flight of the Soritor Airstrip and the start of the Primer Festival Aerodeportivo.
