An American Airlines flight had to conduct an emergency landing Saturday morning at Charlotte Douglas Airport. The flight landed safely around 11:20 a.m. The crew stopped the climb at about 15500 feet and decided to return to Charlotte reporting they had dragging brakes on departure and were concerned about their brakes on landing. Medic said no one from the flight was transported to the hospital. After returning, the plane spent a day in maintenance in Charlotte.
