Narrative:WHILE FLYING LOW OVER A RIVER, THE AIRPLANE COLLIDED WITH A POWER LINE THAT RAN ACROSS THE RIVER. THE AIRPLANE COLLIDED WITH THE WATER AND SANK.
Probable Cause: INADEQUATE CLEARANCE. A FACTOR TO THE ACCIDENT WAS: POOR INFLIGHT PLANNING.
