Narrative:
AIRCRAFT ENGINE LOST POWER OVER WATER OF HOTHAM INLET ON AN AIR TAXI FLIGHT. DUE TO LOW ALTITUDE PILOT HAD TO DITCH THE AIRCRAFT. AIRCRAFT SANK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. BECAUSE OF PILOT'S RADIO CALL TWO PASSENGERS WERE RESCUED. CAUSE:
