THE PILOT INADVERTENTLY LOCKED THE BRAKES WHILE LANDING AND THE ACFT NOSED OVER ON THE GRAVEL LANDING STRIP.

Probable Cause: THE INADVERTENT LOCKING OF THE ACFT BRAKES WHILE LANDING BY THE PIC, RESULTING IN AN ACFT NOSE OVER ON THE GRAVEL STRIP.
