Probable Cause: INITIALLY THE LOSS OF POWER ON THE LEFT ENGINE DUE TO AN INADEQUATE PREFLIGHT BY THE PILOT. A SECONDARY CAUSE WAS A INADVERTENT FEATHERING OF THE WRONG PROPELLER BY THE PILOT.
