THE PILOT SAID THAT AFTER TAKEOFF AND REACHING A SAFE ALTITUDE, HE MADE AN IMMEDIATE HARD LEFT TURN RESULTING IN A LOSS OF CONTROL. PILOT DID NOT RECOVER FROM THE RESULTANT STALL.
