THE PILOT WAS MANEUVERING AT LOW ALTITUDE IN LOW VISIBILITY WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED A COMPLETE WHITE-OUT CONDITION. THE PILOT LOST CONTROL IN FLIGHT AND CRASHED ON A FROZEN LAKE.
