THE PLT MADE A HARD LANDING AND BOUNCED. THE ACFT DRIFTED RIGHT BEFORE TOUCHING DOWN AGAIN. DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST WHEN RT WHEEL WENT OFF THE RWY.
