Narrative:WHILE LANDING ON RUNWAY 30, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE WIND SHIFTED FROM A CROSSWIND TO A TAILWIND. DURING AN ATTEMPTED GO-AROUND THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND STRUCK A METAL UTILITY SHED PRIOR TO IMPACTING THE GROUND.
