Narrative:
DURING AN UNLOADED RE-POSITIONING FLT TO BEGIN AN AERIAL APPLICATION OPERATION, THE PIC EXPERIENCED A TOTAL ENGINE FAILURE. A FORCED LDG WAS ATTEMPTED AND ACFT HIT A DITCH AND WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
