Narrative:THE ACFT WAS RETURNING FROM AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLT WHEN THE FUEL LINE TO THE FUEL FILTER DISCONNECTED. DURING THE FORCED LANDING, THE ACFT RAN INTO A FENCE. THE ENG HAD BEEN INSTALLED 100 FLT HRS PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
