Narrative:
THE PLT REPORTED THAT THE ACFT NOSED OVER WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKES DURING LDG ROLL-OUT. HE ESTIMATED HIS GROUNDSPEED TO BE ABOUT 15-20 MPH AT THE TIME.
