THE PLT REPORTED THAT HE WAS ABOUT FIVE FEET ABOVE THE RWY WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED A GUST OF WIND. THE ACFT ROCKED FROM SIDE TO SIDE DURING THE APCH AND TOUCHED DOWN HARD.
