THE PILOT FORGOT TO RETRACT THE LANDING GEAR ON THE AMPHIBOUS FLOATS AFTER TAKING OFF FROM A GRAVEL RUNWAY. HE LANDED ON A LAKE WITH THE WHEELS EXTENDED AND THE AIRPLANE TURNED OVER.
