PILOT MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AFTER EXPERIENCING A RUDDER CONTROL FAILURE AFTER A BANNER PICK UP. THE LEFT AFT RUDDER CABLE HAD PARTED 49.5 INCHES AFT OF THE RUDDER PEDAL ATTACHMENT POINT.
