THE PILOT STATED THAT ON LANDING AT A FROZEN LAKE HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE PLANE TO GROUND LOOP. THE AIRCRAFT THEN STRUCK A SNOW BANK ON THE BEACH.
