Narrative:THE PILOT ELECTED TO LAND ON A PAVED ROAD BECAUSE HIS RLA WAS TOO WET. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON TOP OF A MOVING AUTOMOBILE. THE AIRCRAFT REMAINED ON TOP OF THE AUTOMOBILE AS IT RAN OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.
