Narrative:THE PLT REPORTS THAT HE EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR AND WING FLAPS AT THE SAME TIME AND THE LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. THE PLT WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE GEAR HAD NOT EXTENDED AND THE ACFT LANDED WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED.
