THE PLT LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT DURING TAKEOFF WITH A SLIGHT TAILWIND COMPONENT & THE ACFT GROUND LOOPED. LATER, THE PLT REALIZED THAT THE TAIL WHEEL WAS NOT LOCKED.
