THE PLT MANEUVERED DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLT TO AVOID HIGH TENSION WIRES AND COLLIDED WITH LOWER TELEPHONE LINES.THE PLT SAID THE WINDS WERE GUSTY AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
