THE PLT REPORTED THAT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE ACFT ENCOUNTERED SEVERE WIND SHEAR. THE PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE ACFT & IT COLLIDED WITH A MUD BANK.
