Narrative:THE PLT HAD JUST LANDED AT A SHORE SITE & THE ACFT WAS PARKED WITH ENGINE RUNNING WHEN AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON WALKED INTO THE TAIL ROTOR. THE CREW & PASSENGERS WERE STILL ABOARD THE ACFT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
