Narrative:THE ACFT NOSED OVER DURING A FORCED LANDING AFTER THE ENGINE FAILED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED AN EXHAUST VALVE HAD FAILED AND IMBEDDED ITSELF IN A SPARK PLUG HOLE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS WAS A FATIGUE FAILURE.
