THE ACFT RAN OFF THE RWY DURING LANDING. THE PLT SAID THE'RIGHT BRAKE WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.' THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A RWY LIGHT AND COLLAPSED THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR.
