THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A POWER LINE WHILE PRACTICING AN EMERGENCY APPROACH TO A FIELD. THE PLT STATED HE STRUCK THE TOP WIRE OF TWO WIRES STRUNG ABOUT 30 FT AGL.
