Narrative:THE PLT RECEIVED A WEATHER BRIEFING THE NIGHT BEFORE THE ACCIDENT AND DID NOT HAVE IT UPDATED ON THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT. THE ACFT WAS DESCENDED BELOW THE MDA DURING THE APPROACH IN FOG AND COLLIDED WITH HIGH TENSION LINES.
