Narrative:THE ACFT CONTACTED A SNOWBANK DURING LANDING. AFTER THE COLLISION THE ACFT NOSED OVER. THE PLT STATED THAT THE WINDS FORCED THE ACFT OFF THE CENTERLINE OF THE RWY INTO THE UNPLOWED AREA OF SNOW.
