Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF GROUND ROLL THE NO-4 TIRE FAILED FOLLOWED BY FAILURES OF THE OTHER SURROUNDING TIRES. THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND THERE WAS NO FIRE. THE FUSE PLUG IN THE NO-4 TIRE WAS FOUND PARTIALLY MELTED.
