ON LANDING ROLL THE ACFT ROLLED FORWARD OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE LANDING RUNWAY. THE CREW STATED THAT MAXIMUM BRAKING, REVERS, & SPOILERS WERE UTILIZED. THE RUNWAY WAS COVERED WTH STANDING WATER.
