THE ACFT VEERED OFF THE RWY & NOSED OVER. THE PLT STATED HE HAD PURCHASED THE ACFT TO START TAKING PLT LESSONS TO SECUREHIS LICENSE WHICH HAD BEEN REVOKED 10/3/79.
