Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF THE INBOARD LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE & WHEEL DEPARTED THE ACFT. THE FLIGHT RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUTFURTHER INCIDENT. EXAMINATION OF THE WHEEL RIM REVEALED MULTIPLE FATIGUE CRACKS IN THE RIM.
