THE NUMBER 2 ENGINE FAILED IN CRUISE FLIGHT. DURNG DESCENT THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND. THE PILOT LANDED INTENTIONAL GEAR UP IN THE SOD AREA ADJACENT TO THE RUNWAY.
