PLT STATED THE LEFT WHEEL FROZE CAUSING A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE ACFT MADE A 90 DEG TURN TO THE RIGHT & SLID BACKWARDS DOWN AN EMBANKMENT INTO A POND.
