Narrative:
THE STUDENT PLT REPORTED HE WAS TAKING OFF, DIRECTLY INTO THE WIND, WHEN DIRECTIONAL CONTORL WAS LOST. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE ACFT VEERED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY & THE RIGHT GEAR FAILED.
