Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT NOSE WHEEL COLLAPSED DURING LANDING. THE PLANE THEN TURNED LEFT WENT OFF THE RUNWAY AND COLLIDED WITH A SNOWBANK. AN EXAMINATION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED NO EVIDENCE OF A MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE OF THE NOSE GEAR PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN.
