Narrative:THE ACCIDENT OCCURED AFTER TOUCHDOWN WHEN THE PILOT TEMPORARILY LOST CONTROL AND THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY. THE WING AND PROPELLER COLLIDED WITH A FROZEN SNOW BANK.
