Narrative:
DURING THE SECOND APPROACH THE ACFT STRUCK AN APPROACH LIGHT. THE ACFT WAS CATIPULTED DOWNWARD & TO THE LEFT STRIKING A MOVING CAMPER TRUCK ON THE HIGHWAY. VISIBILITY WAS DESCRIBED AS ZERO ON THE RWY MINUTES AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
