Narrative:
THE PILOT LANDED HARD AND LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. HE EXECUTED THE LANDING INTO A 19 KT HEAD WIND, IN THE RAIN, WITH A WET RUNWAY.
