Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED INTO TREES AFTER ENGINE FAILURE DURING TAKEOFF. A FUEL LINE WAS LEAKING. THE ENGINE HAD BEEN WRITTEN UP AS MALFUNCTIONING AND WAS BEING TESTED WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.
