Narrative:STUDENT PILOT ON FIRST SOLO CROSS-COUNTRY GROUND LOOPED DURING AN EN ROUTE LANDING. THE PILOT'S FLIGHT BAG HAD FALLEN OFF THE RIGHT SEAT AND LODGED ITSELF BETWEEN THE RUDDER PEDALS. RUDDER CONTROL WAS LOST.
