Narrative:AFTER TAKEOFF THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED IN A PLOWED FIELD. DURING THE LANDING ROLL THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. AN ENGINE TEARDOWN REVEALED WATER AND CONTAMINATION OF THE FUEL SYSTEM.
