THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SHORT OF THE RUNWAY, HIT AN EMBANKMENT AND COLLAPSED THE LANDING GEAR. THE PILOT BELIEVES WIND SHEAR AND TURBULENCE WERE A FACTOR IN THE DOWNDRAFT OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY.
