Narrative:ON CLIMBOUT, AS POWER WAS BEING REDUCED FROM TAKEOFF POWER TO CLIMB POWER, THE ENGINE FAILED FOR UNDETERMINED REASONS. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE MANEUVERED THE AIRCRAFT SO THAT THE RIGHT WING ABSORBED THE INITIAL IMPACT WITH THE GROUND.
