Narrative:THE PILOT WAS RETURNING HOME AFTER COMPLETION OF AN ANNUAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT. AFTER RETURNING, THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED ON A WET, ICY SOD RUNWAY. DURING THE LANDING ROLL THE AIRCRAFT CAME IN CONTACT WITH A SNOWBANK AND NOSED OVER.
