UPON LANDING TOUCHDOWN THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AT HIGH SPEED AND DEPARTED THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT APPLIED BRAKES AND THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO A STOP JUST SHORT OF A DITCH.
