THE ACFT CONTACTED PWR LINES, CRASHED AND BURNED DURING AN AERIAL APPLIATION flight. WITNESSES REPORTED THAT IT LOOKED AS IF THE PLT DESCENDED TO FLY UNDER THE LINES WHEN IT SUDDENLY PULLED UP AND CONTACTED THEM. CAUSE:
