Narrative:THE HOMEBUILT ACFT CRASHED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. WITNESSES REPORTED HEARING A LOSS OF POWER DURING INITIAL CLIMB. THE ACFT THEN ENTERED AN ABRUPT RIGHT TURN AND DESCENDED TO GROUND IMPACT.
