NO RECORD OF A WX BRIEFING BEING RECEIVED BY THE PILOT WAS FOUND. NO EVIDENCE OF PRE- IMPACT FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF AIRCRAFT WAS FOUND. NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. CAUSE:
