Narrative:THE AIRPLANE WAS ON SHORT FINAL WHEN IT WAS OBSERVED DIVING INTO THE GROUND. THE AUTOPSY REVEALED THE PILOT WAS INCAPACITATED BY A HEART ATTACK PRIOR TO IMPACT. CAUSE: PILOT INCAPACITATION DUE TO A HEART ATTACK.
